Our Privacy Promise

At ToolHub Metadata, we've built our Meta Tag Generator to work entirely in your browser. This means every piece of information you enter—your page titles, descriptions, URLs—stays on your device. The generator does not submit that input to our servers or store it as part of the tool workflow.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ToolHub Metadata handles information when you browse toolhubapk.com, use the browser-based meta tag generator, read our content pages, or email our published support address.

2. Data entered into the generator

The metadata you type into the generator is intended to stay in your browser as part of the normal tool flow. We do not ask you to create an account, and the generator does not require you to submit that content to our servers in order to produce output.

You Enter Information

When you type your page title, description, or any other metadata into our form fields, this information exists only in your browser's memory (RAM).

JavaScript Processes Locally

Our Vue.js application runs entirely client-side. The code generation logic executes in your browser using JavaScript—no server requests are made with your content.

Output Appears Instantly

The generated HTML meta tags are computed in real-time by your browser. When you copy the code, it goes directly from your browser to your clipboard.

Nothing Persists

When you close or refresh the page, the form state is cleared. The generator does not use cookies, localStorage, or any persistence mechanism to retain your input.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, technical providers involved in hosting and delivering the site may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, referrer data, and timestamp information for security, delivery, and troubleshooting purposes.

We do not load Google Analytics during the current AdSense review configuration. Ordinary links use native browser navigation and the site does not copy a page's query parameters into other links.

4. Advertising and third-party services

ToolHub Metadata loads the Google AdSense runtime only on substantial editorial pages: individual guide articles, the long-form SEO guide, and the worked-examples page. It is not loaded on the generator, guide index, legal or contact pages, redirects, or error pages. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device and browser information, page and referrer information, cookies, web beacons, or similar identifiers to deliver, limit, secure, personalize where permitted, and measure ads.

The site uses local system fonts rather than requesting Google Fonts. Hosting infrastructure and email providers used when you contact us may receive the technical request or message information needed to provide those services.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

ToolHub Metadata does not require user accounts for the generator. Google advertising services may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, or similar technologies for measurement, fraud prevention, frequency controls, personalization where permitted, and ad delivery on eligible editorial pages.

6. Email communication

If you email [email protected], the receiving email provider will process the address, name, message content, and attachments you send. We use that information only to review and respond to the request and to maintain a record when follow-up is needed. Do not send passwords, private keys, or other sensitive credentials.

7. How we use information

  • To support advertising operations on pages where ads are enabled.

8. Retention

Depending on your location, you may have rights related to access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction. Before personalized ads are enabled for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the site must have Google's certified Privacy & Messaging CMP active for the required consent flow.
